About this class

Utilizing the ballet barre, sliders, and a unique velcro tube resistance band system, Pure Reform is a 50-minute, steadily-paced, total body, strength, stability, and balance training workout. Pure Reform is set to upbeat music and is structured to both strengthen and sculpt all major muscles of the body, while still maintaining the low impact nature of all Pure Bare class offerings.

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.They cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

How to get there

Socks and knee-length or longer pants are a requirement. NO shorts please.

It was definitely a challenging workout! My only criticism is there was not much of a warm-up at the start of class, going straight to pikes, full body pushups, and mountain climbers on sliders. Instructor's corrections we're helpful, however, and the staff was very friendly!

This class was good and a solid, hard workout! If you are new to barre (like me there is a learning curve of understanding the moves. I appreciate Erin’s positive nature and adjusting my posture as needed! I recommend thicker grip socks and you should be fine. The class participants were diverse too!

What is ClassPass?
