About this class
If you’re new to Pure Barre, or even barre – this is a great place to start. Our small group class setting will introduce you to the basic movements of Pure Barre and build confidence as you discover how our technique works and all the benefits it has to offer. Pure Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs and burns fat in record-breaking time. Utilizing the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements set to fantastic music, Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body. Students see results in just 10 classes. Pants are required in class, short are not allowed. Socks must be worn in class, please bring a pair or be prepared to buy a pair of pure barre socks with a no-slip grid on the bottom. ****New comers please arrive to class at least 15 minutes early. You must arrive on time or you will need to reschedule your first class. ***** Existing clients will not be allowed in class 5 minutes past starting time.

How to prepare
1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications
