Well A) i arrived at 10:08 am, the girl at the desk checked me in in Classpass B) you never let me now that the class involved slider (medically forbiddento me) C) i asked if i will be given alternative exercises and the answer was NO that either i wait till no slider was being used or to come up with my own modifications D) i asked how much class time will be slider, and it was a good chunk (almost half more than 1/3) E) i denied to do the class and the girl in the desk told me that she can show me standing up what i can do but the teacher will not help me out neither tell me modifications neither be hands on. That i have to figure it out by myself F) i asked to have this reported to ClassPass as medically i'm forbidden to do any slider at all and the answer was: one time nothing happens plus that's why we asked you to sign a release

Hard class for a newbie but nice, helpful instructor to get through it

First time taking reform. Love using the sliders. Some of the positions weren’t as clear what muscle I was working, less of the heavy burn of a regular classic class. Would like to try again to see if these things feel more clear next time. Instructor was great, beautiful space as all Pure Barre studios are...
