About this class
Yoga Mobility and Strength is a yoga class led and designed by Lisa to help students become stronger and safer on the mat and beyond. Whether you are relatively new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class will help you build strength to help support joint stability, posture and healthy movement patterns. It will also focus on a variety of sequences and poses that can help to bring balance to a body that is used to a more traditional yoga practice as a way of reducing the incidence of common yoga-related injuries. Expect a challenging 75 minutes of movement exploration, with plenty of encouragement to work with where you are at. Please arrive 15 minutes before class.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
