About this class

The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You control how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Want to build better strength for all your yoga postures? Join us for this TRX Flow class which will challenge your endurance, strength and stability, utilizing the TRX Suspension training device. We promise – you will always have at least one hand and foot firmly rooted on the ground, as you move through familiar postures that will increase your core stability, and your muscular strength and endurance. Please arrive 15 minutes before class.

The class was ok, I was interested in it and the studio was nice. But the instructor made me very uncomfortable. She didn’t ask before making physical corrections and was over correcting when I was already adjusting myself (I can’t just automatically morph! Especially if I haven’t done it before!) I felt very uncomfortable and couldn’t concentrate on the workout. I would go back to the studio, but to another instructor’s class.

What is ClassPass?
