About this class

Mindful Body is a deeply focused alignment-based Hatha class, inspired by the Iyengar tradition. Here we learn through practice to fill every corner of the body with the strength of the mind's awareness and intention. The class is especially valuable for those healing physical injuries, or seeking greater mental and emotional wellness and stability. Taught by Sheila Gill this class is suitable for all levels.

What is ClassPass?
