About this class
Core+Flow is a unique cross training class blending Vinyasa yoga , non traditional Pilates and body weight movements. Moving between disciplines motivates you to burn more calories, tone, strengthen your core and sculpt lean muscle mass .This practice is great for those who would like to integrate strength and variety into their yoga practice .With a satisfying savasana inviting your body to fully absorb the practice and leaving you feeling strong , centred and relaxed . Please arrive 15 minutes before class.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
