How to prepare

Please arrive 15 minutes early to tour the facility if it is your first time. Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. When taking the CLIMB class it is important to wear hard soled shoes for maximum power. The spot that you select corresponds to your locker number in the studio.

How to get there

PULSE House of Fitness is located at 1401 New York Avenue #100 NW, Washington, DC 20005. It is located on the 14th street side of the building next to Starbucks.

Eddie was fantastic- I’m a more conditioned athlete and probably need to attend the hour class. But over all was a good workout! I’ll be back!!!

A FUN and dynamic workout. As an instructor myself (in general, not at Pulse), I really appreciated the layout and flow of the class. Jenn did an excellent job keeping the class moving. Also, I love that they support local vendors for coffee, snacks, and other amenities. Ill definitely go back!

Omg this workout was crazy!!!! But in a good way. Jenn was really clear in her instructions and was always happy to jump in and help me perfect my form. She has an encouraging positive energy which is awesome so early in the morning. Id recommend it!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.'
