The Lab/Climb fusion is the best!! I hate cardio and this class makes it fly by and sweat your butt off!
LAB/CLIMB: FUSION45 with Jenn
This is a good intro class to the studio! A great mix of full body circuit and stairs. Super friendly staff and coaches. They’ll make sure you have the correct form.

Great workout!

Jenn and Shafer are so motivating! They make me want to come back again and again!

Tough but fun workout!
LAB/CLIMB: FUSION45 with Eddie
Enjoyed it, but didn’t love it. Facilities and staff were top notch! Did a class that was split between interval drills and then stepper. The stepper is a bit hard on the knees even for a 31 year old.
LAB/CLIMB: FUSION45 with Shafer
Wow! I’ll be coming back for more. The fusion was definitely challenging. I loved the pacing of the strength circuit with Jenn and felt strong but stretched. Then the climb with Shafer used the performance technology so that the whole class was working together to hit various goals. Having the strength circuit before made the climb more challenging than it would be by itself. Recommend but make sure you’ve done both of the classes separately first so you have an idea of the flow.

Intense but fun! It goes by quick but you get a great workout.
LAB/CLIMB: FUSION45 with Megan
The only comment I have is for the cycle portion to be clearer in the cool down stretches.
LAB/CLIMB: FUSION45 with Eddie
Great workout! Liked the lab portion- recommend the instructors ask the new folks about prior injuries but did appreciate the visual demonstrations on proper form. Versaclimber was different- took a minute to get acclimated but overall enjoyed it. Good to change it up a bit!
