Great class and playlist!
CLIMB: PERFORMANCE with Sally
Great class and music! Note: this class starts at 7:05 pm and not 6:55 pm.
CLIMB: PERFORMANCE with Jorge
Performance is like flywheel on a step master! It’s p good, definitely a better work out than spin in my opinion, a bit easier on my joints too, def wanna try it a couple more times!
CLIMB: PERFORMANCE with Sally
Upbeat, small and work at your own pace.
CLIMB: PERFORMANCE with Eddie
Eddie is great but can you guys offer 45 min climb classes? Those of us who are more seasoned athletes would really benefit from the longer class time!
CLIMB: PERFORMANCE with Sally
Great studio!! Every instructor I’ve had has been awesome. It’s a great, intense workout and love that it’s only 30 min!
CLIMB: PERFORMANCE with Sally
First timer. Really hard. Took me a minute to catch the rhythm. Good thing was great music, upbeat instructor, & is class went by fast. I was try again
CLIMB: PERFORMANCE with Sally
Sally rocked it, per usual. This is one of the best classes for cardio endurance that I’ve taken. I was in my peak heart rate zone for the vast majority of the class, dipping only briefly into cardio zone during quick recoveries. The playlist was also awesome.
CLIMB: PERFORMANCE with Emily
Love that it’s only 25-30 minutes. Cool that they have a DC. Unfortunately, it’s super far from my house. I would def go more often if it weren’t. Giving it a 4 because it seems my feet hurt during the class. Think I heard the circulation can be an issue maybe? I tried wearing converse the first time, as recommended, but that was even worse. I’ll return.
CLIMB: PERFORMANCE with Sally
Great first class. Versaclimbers are money for getting an intense but no impact workout. Love that it only took 30 mins.
