About this class
This action packed class is run military-style with an emphasis on instilling self-respect and self-discipline in the noble pursuit of reclaiming your inner warrior and unleashing your best self. Endurance, stamina, and cardiovascular strength will be enhanced through boxing, circuit training, as well as individual partner/group challenges that will require strategy, teamwork, and the mentality that no one gives up or gives in. You will be left exhausted and exhilarated.
