About this class

All-levels class will use specialized soft body rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy.  Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates causing chronic aches, pains, and unwanted signs of aging.

This was class was very relaxing but it really stretches you out! It was a great way to pinpoint my trouble spots, and feel relaxed. I am definitely coming back. Also, the staff was great. Dj was so nice and welcoming when I walked in and when I finished the class. Great staff is everything!

What is ClassPass?
