About this class

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, high intensity intervals with intervals to recover. They run this class alternating 1 min of strength followed by 30 seconds of cardio. This is a super efficient and effective workout designed to improve athletic capacity. Finish off with an ab circuit.
