Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system! Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Bolly DaZz is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. The cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating and motivated. Together, these two styles inspire the ultimate dancer and athlete inside you.

How to prepare
Please wear sneakers or soft soled shoes and bring water and a towel. You are welcomed to bring your own mat; however, they have plenty to share.
How to get there
There is free on-street parking as well as a parking lot behind Providence! The studio is located on the second floor.
