About this class

Vinyasa means to move. A Vinyasa yoga class is a traditional class that links the yoga postures (asanas) to breath and breath to motion. The yoga postures are designed to enhance flexibility and improve cardiovascular endurance while strengthening and toning one's body. This class will be invigorating as well as a greatly enhancing deep relaxation experience.

Please wear sneakers or soft soled shoes and bring water and a towel. You are welcomed to bring your own mat; however, they have plenty to share.

There is free on-street parking as well as a parking lot behind Providence! The studio is located on the second floor.
