About this class
Restorative yoga offers the time to restore, replenish and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Restorative yoga is a therapeutic style using props to support the body in yoga poses encouraging deep relaxation. The class consists of gentle warm ups, passive poses held for a longer duration, yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and meditation. Music and aromatherapy is used to enhance the experience, encouraging a total sense of letting go. During this practice, your nervous system shifts to relieve the effects of negative stress encountered during daily life. This class is appropriate for all levels.
