About this class

This energetic and dynamic vinyasa flow class will include playful sequences, funky transitions, and bold new asanas. It introduces practitioners to arm balances and inversions in a safe and accessible way. We start the class with a warm up, sun salutations, and a standing flow, and then move our mats over to the wall to workshop a different inversion. No matter where you are in your relationship with arm balances and going upside down, this class will transform your practice and give you the wings to fly!

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. There are a limited number of mats to borrow on a first come first served basis. When possible, the studio recommends bringing your own mat.
