Nice class, slow pace tho
Vinyasa (Beginner) with Liz
Great class with a great instructor! But moved just a little too quickly for me as someone who is not too familiar with the names of the poses. Overall an enjoyable experience.
Vinyasa (Beginner) with Liz
Liz was great but the class was way too crowded

Too crowded class.
Vinyasa (Beginner) with Monica
Small space. Cheerful staff.
Vinyasa (Beginner) with Monica
Monica was personable and gave support and adjustments to everyone. But she didn't do the poses except a couple times for a few seconds, which seemed weird for a beginner class. She also had a quiet speaking voice so I had to watch the person next to me to make sure I was doing what she asked us to do. I probably wouldn't attend again, because I like to watch the teacher and follow along. Didn't work for my learning style and my desire to just kind of follow along.
