About this class

This 1-hr total body outdoor workout includes cardio conditioning, strength training, proper core rehabilitation, and overall postural improvement. The class is designed for moms to do with their babies (or toddlers!), but can easily be done without your baby as well! The class format alternates between drills pushing the stroller, and those with it parked, and is highly modifiable for all fitness levels and stages of motherhood. This class meets at the corner of 113th St and Morningside Ave, just inside the Park.   Wear weather appropriate workout attire, sneakers, and a supportive bra. How to prepare

First-time members must fill out the online health history form (found on the Schedule & Registration page at www.pronatalfitness.com). Wear comfortable workout attire (dress in layers) and bring water and a yoga mat, large towel, or blanket for ground work. Jogging strollers are not necessary.

How to get there

Central Park Mall classes are held at the entrance to the Mall (near 72nd St) across the street from the Bethesda Terrace. Central Park Great Lawn classes are held at the SW corner of the Great Lawn (enter at 81st from the west, 79th from the east) near the Delacorte Theater.

What is ClassPass?
