About this class

ROC STEADY is the first Mixed Modality Steady State training class to be created. The class has an overall cardiovascular endurance effect with strength training, core and conditioning combined to maximize calorie burn and results. With minimal equipment, only dumbbells and body weight exercises, this is the perfect non-intimidating class that will take you to the next level.

How to prepare

You can jump straight into all of their classes without any prior experience. Once you arrive please check in at the Front Desk and hang out. The coach will call the class in when its time to start. Try the Project Steel Fitness difference and get a great RESULTS DRIVEN workout.

The instructor was great at keeping us safe with form and still working hard - you’ll wake up the next day good and sore! Nice gym space, too. Next to a delicious cafe. Awesome morning workout spot!

Tzarina rules. there’s a warmup portion to get the blood flowing, a strength portion with three circuits and weights, endurance portion with lunges crunches etc., and a tiny stretch ending. good workout!
ROC STEADY with Tasha
Tasha was great! she really takes time to correct proper form and has an extremely welcoming demeanor. i didn’t know what i was getting into when i showed up for this, but the variance in both strength and cardio/endurance made it worth it! definitely going to take this class again.
