Instructor cares about you and your form. It was a nice small gym with clear regulars who were friends.

Boring class - no energy or fun. Matt doesn't correct form or review steps again. He stared at the countdown clock the entire time. Also the studio is filthy (blue yoga mats were as black as my car tires) and the cushion floor wasn't stabled to the ground.

A good workout, but was mostly focused on the upper body. I got a little sweaty, but not so much that I needed to take a shower. They didnt make me sign a waiver which was kind of odd. Teacher gave great corrections though!

I got a great workout, but there was little introduction to the class and minimal explanation about how to do some of the exercises. Instructors need to check in with new people and make sure their form is correct to prevent injury. Overall a great workout but not for beginners.

Challenging workout, good mix of cardio and strength. Didn't feel very welcome as s first timer, though. Explanation of workout was rushed and not very clear. Also felt like there could have been more attention to form.

I found the class a bit underwhelming. It's a good workout for beginners who want to learn some basic bodyweight and free weight exercises, but there's nothing new here that you couldn't do on the floor of a normal gym or at home.
