Apply your knowledge of Pilates to a more challenging set of exercises. The class emphasis is on muscle control, strength, and fluidity. This is not a class for newcomers! Up to 4 students to 1 trainer on a mini version of the Cadillac.

Hahn was great. She focused on everyone!

Good intro. Instructor was hands on. Not too challenging as the class was a beginner class and there are lots of variables. Class wasnt structured in a particular routine seemingly aside from main equipment. Personally,I would have wanted more structure.
