About this class

Experience full-body exercises targeting the muscles which play the greatest role in body change. This class features bursts of high-intensity interval-training that target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body, specifically designed to make you sweat. From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls, or even the athlete's body weight. No two classes are the same!

How to prepare

For best results, athletes should Fuel their bodies 30-60 minutes prior to class. They offer fast acting carbs like Gatorade and Oatmega Cookies as well as full meals prepped and delivered daily to their cafe; Project Eat.

How to get there

Project Fitness is located on W Post Rd in the buildings behind Carters Motorsports. Plenty of parking is available onsite!

This gym is absolutely amazing! The trainers and members are so friendly. I came in from NYC for a drop in and I could have not felt more welcomed as an out of towner. The class was so challenging and made me feel super accomplished. The energy is contagious. You will not be disappointed!!!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
