I said at the beginning that I have shin splints and asked if this class included low impact activities and was told "oh, you'll be fine". Starting from the warm-up high knees I knew my shins were going to ache. I wish the instructor would have warned me about the high impact exercises to follow and recommended any alternatives or modifications, but she didn't.
