About this class

Ready for a High Intensity workout without a ton of technical know how, try the Small Group Total Body Conditioning classes. These classes are semi-private training with 1-5 participants, and the classes utilize a wide range of exercises including bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes & sleds, and rowers & bikes. Get a kick butt workout in less than 45 minutes and never be bored because the intervals and movements change up every workout.

How to prepare

For CrossFit classes, EXPERIENCE WITH CROSSFIT MOVEMENTS IS REQUIRED. For Small Group Total Body Conditioning classes, a good attitude and willingness to work hard are all that is required. Sweat towels are not provided so please bring your own if you typically use one but they are not required for our classes. Men's and Women's Locker Rooms are available with lockers, showers, and soap & shampoo, but please bring your own shower towel.

How to get there

The gym is located within the 6th & Taylor building located at 1329 6th Ave N. The entrance is on the corner of 6th Ave N and Taylor St. Neighbors in the building include Steadfast Coffee and Uber. Grab a coffee from Steadfast before or after a workout at the gym!

Love this place. The classes are always creative and challenging. They are all really intense for 30 minutes. Plus, there is a max of five people in each class so the instructor can stay on you. Kate is awesome. She has a great balance of tough love/support to keep you going while explaining the exercises really well.

What is ClassPass?
