Learn the correct techniques for basic punches, body movements and combinations. A great cardiovascular session that also challenges your coordination, speed and reflexes. A typical session involves partner Pad-work, heavy bags drills and floor to ceiling balls combinations supplemented with general conditioning exercises aimed improving boxing specific mechanics.

What is ClassPass?
