About this class
A strength based sessions focusing on traditional strongman lifts. The primary purpose of this session is to develop functional total body strength in a progressive manner. A typical session may include heavy Farmers walks, Deadball exercises, barbell exercises, Sleds, Car pushes and heavy rope work. This session can be adjusted to suit beginners.

How to prepare
THE PRIMAL WAY: - Expect to be challenged; - When training, technique is king, all else is secondary; - Listen to instructions and be willing to learn new skills, exercises and movements; - Bring along your positive attitude and keep the ego away; - Consistently put in the effort and challenge yourself; - Find reasons not excuses; - Be on time; - Respect individual needs and be mindful of your words; - Encourage, include and accept everyone during every session; - Comradeship means no one is left behind.
