How to prepare

Be in your comfortable workout clothes and bring your own towel and waterbottle. Shoes are required for Jumping, Piloxing KO, The Mix by Piloxing, Strong by Zumba and UStix classes. P/S: Soft sole shoes/ training shoes are recommended for Jumping classes.

How to get there

We are at Clarke Quay Central, just above the Clarke Quay MRT Station (North-East Line). Take the Yellow Zone lift to Level 3 and you will find us!

hayah was great! was the only student and hence appreciated the undivided attention. workout was really good in shaping me up! worked out alot of core group of muscles.

Hayah was great but it would be good if the studio can be cleaned up a bit between classes. It smelt of stale sweat and I noticed the floor was dirty when we were doing floor exercises. Also saw a strange bug on the wall ????

Thanks for the feedback. This class was back to back to another class earlier. Will take note and try to freshen up the room a little before next class in future. And we do not allow any food or sweet drinks into the studio.. so will try to see how the bug got in.. or could it be something else that you mistook by? In any case, glad you enjoyed class. Though having experience in piloxing prior to this session, my 1st piloxing session with Patricia left me breathless countless times!!! Indeed a Piloxing KNOCKOUT!! Patricia noticed that I was lagging and came to encourage and motivate me whenever I could not catch up (oops) and made sure my form was correct! Thumbs up to Patricia ???????? would totally recommend her class, but do make sure you are not a total newbie!

Wow!! Glad you enjoyed KO with Pat! She sure is one powerhouse! And yeah... Piloxing KO is more of functional drills and plyometrics, using burpees, planks, pilates moves altogether. It will surely workout the core and for those who love HIIT, this will be a good option too. Btw, Pat will usually pace the class accordingly..so no worries if you are a newbie.. she will definitely show you simpler variations for you to slowly try and build your stamina and core strength. :)

Rather intense for a beginner but a really good workout!

Thanks for the feedback. Perhaps for beginners, the initial classes are tougher because you need to learn the moves and to work certain muscles that may be less used. Do come back to train more and you will find yourself getting stronger and better in no time! See you again real soon! :)

A lot of different moves to keep the session interesting, while not being too difficult for first timers :-) friendly and motivating instructor too!
