Postnatal Fitness Camp - for safe core and strength training Just had a baby? Or need to kick-start your fitness routine? Join us in January! Getting in shape after baby is important, but don’t just join any boot camp! Training with someone who understands the postnatal body is important for many reasons including diastasis recti (ab separation) consideration, impact to joints while breastfeeding, and staying healthy & energized during the postpartum period. Classes will run Mondays & Wednesdays, 10-11am from at Prenatal Fit - 1937 W Diversey . All classes consist of safe core exercise, strength training, light cardio - and are baby-friendly! $200 covers 10 classes, weekend workouts and coaching along the way. Questions? Ready to start?
