About this class

In this class, you will experience an intense cardiovascular workout, using stationary bikes. Instructors use music and verbal cues to simulate cycling on roads and trails. While it is a super-intense workout, it can easily be modified for anyone, including beginners. Class ends with Pilates, which will improve your flexibility, strength, posture, ​and alignment so that you may achieve total body symmetry. Get ready to move with the power and stability of increased core strength.

What is ClassPass?
