Combine the burn of Classic Barre Technique followed by deep stretch of Yoga. Our signature Classic Barre Yoga Bliss begins with typical intense barre warm up, working every corner of the body for 40 plus minutes. Then we transition into a fluid yoga flow, followed by deep hip openers and stretching. Combine the best of Yoga and Barre and try our Classic Barre Yoga Bliss, you'll be glad you did! Sticky socks and yoga mat required for barre classes. Thank you & Namaste!

How to prepare

Please note that first time students must arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. You must wear sticky barre socks in the studio during class; no shoes or bare feet are permitted. Please bring a yoga mat or you may rent one.They do sell grippy socks at the studio! I have never been to a class that plays the radio. Its not appropriate at all for a barre yoga class. The class was almost empty and instructor still didnt correct my form much and she was yawning while she was teaching.

Neter Antoine was an incredible instructor. Had sooo much fun and got a great workout!

studio is super small and the bathroom is located inside the studio room itself so come dressed if you don't want to interrupt the class before yours. the speaker system/playlist was bad. this class is geared more towards weight lifting for some reason.

I like the idea of having yoga mixed in with barre but the exercises were not very effective. A lot of them where repetitive but not done long enough to feel anything. The instructor also seemed very new and not knowledgeable about barre. His could be a good introduction for beginners to barre or people with injuries but I didn't feel challenged. Music was mostly black eyed peas and lady Gaga.
