I tend to get bored with a set series but I love this class because Anna does a great job of adding in some variations that are thoughtful and keep the class interesting each time. 90 minutes is such a yoga luxury! It gives you lots of time to explore the poses, get good and sweaty, and take a long non-rushed Savasana.

Good class! Good sweat! Just remember to bring a non-slip mat. I own a Core Power yoga mat, and I was slipping because my mat would not grip to the floor. Otherwise, very good! I'll be back!
