This workshop will be started by diving deep into talking about essential oils, what they are, where they come from, how they work and how they can be selected for mind & body support. Session will continue with some simple DIY’s for non-toxic living, self-care, beauty and cooking tips with these natural oils!! At the end of the session you will have the option to choose and use your favorite oil, for a short guided meditation, to shift the mind and body, into a deep state of relaxation. About Sally: A physicist practicing yoga since 2001, turned into full time Yoga teacher & wellness coach, Yoga & Meditation teacher sharing holistic living with all natural tools. Praktika is located at WeWork Manhattan Laundry, 1342 Florida Ave NW, Washington, DC, 20009. Entrance is around the corner from La Colombe under mural overpass on your right. Feel free to enter when ready. Take stairs or elevator to the second floor, check in at reception and they will guide you to our beautiful space.
