About this class

In this slow flow, students will be mentally and physically challenge as we move slowly thorough the shakiness and the burn. Students will deepen their body awareness, by feeling the engagement of their entire body working as a whole on each transition, rather than isolated parts. We will learn to keep the Ujjayi Breathe actively engage throughout the entire practice. Students will learn to observe with compassion and without judgement their inner monologue, the thoughts coming into their minds and the emotions, by allowing them to simply be as we dive deeper into the healing nourishing aspect of their yoga practice. Suitable for students who are looking to deepen their mental and physical strength. Experienced yogis will be challenged to cultivate stability. This challenging class is best suited for yogis with more than 1 year of regular practice.

How to prepare

Welcome to our down to earth yoga community! We truly appreciate students arriving 15 minutes before the class to check-in with our front desk team and allow time for settling in. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and above all else, make sure to NOT wear any fragrances when coming to class. If you need a yoga mat, we provide those for FREE as long as they are returned nicely and clean. Please keep your mobile device in silent or airplane. We offer FREE Vegan snacks. Drink plenty of water after the class.

How to get there

We are near 101 (Ralston Ave Exit) and El Camino Real as well as near to the Caltrain station in Belmont, CA. Free parking

What is ClassPass?
