About this class

The months—and years—following birth can be exhausting and difficult. Postnatal yoga can help you reconnect with your body, relax your central nervous system, and help increase strength, flexibility and stamina overall. This class will focus specifically on strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, shoulder girdle and spine. All new parents welcome (without baby)!
