About this class

This is a barre-based class, but will also include work on the Reformer and other Apparatus. This Quad quaking and shaking, EXHILARATING class is a fast paced, FUN, ENERGETIC, CHALLENGING, INTENSE class (did we say quad quaking...for real though!). Be prepared to be challenged in every muscle of your beautiful body - and then some! You will do high reps of small range of motion movements (ballet inspired), which will include light handheld weights and other small props at the barre. You will also do Pilates exercises on the Reformer making it the perfect combination for a total body workout. Your hips, butt and thighs will be CHALLENGED to your deepest level. Don’t be afraid of the shake!

Sweat towel, toe socks are required. Starting May 1st, socks will be required in EVERY class. Socks are available to purchase for $16.

Class had a great format it was a little slow paced.

Vanessa is an awesome teacher and her cues are perfect. She's encouraging as well!

Wish they did more arms and it was a little harder but overall a good class!
