About this class
This is an advanced boot-camp class at the Culver City Stairs trail. Each class will be unique from the last, with never-ending ways to challenge you. Expect HIIT, uphill running, sprinting, stair climbing, core exercises, and a variety of other functional motions. Join and be prepared to burn up to 800 calories in an hour. The classes don't get easier but you will get stronger. All fitness levels welcome. Bring some water and a sweat towel... and your A-game! Class is located at the Culver City Stairs. Closest address is 6050 Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90232. Meeting point is the SE corner of Jefferson Blvd. and Hetzler Rd. at the trailhead.
