About this class

During this quick-paced workout challenge you will experience 3 distinct rounds: 15 minutes of lower body sculpting - 15 minutes of cardio core combinations - 15 minutes of upper body reshaping. Every round will keep your heart rate up as you chisel out a tight & lean physique...& every class will be totally different from the last but will always be a high-intensity, fast-moving challenge! *Note: expect plyometric cardio and high-intensity strength training - if you are new, please let your instructor know before class begins!

How to prepare

*Wear comfortable workout clothes & appropriate athletic cross-training shoes (our barre, pilates & yoga classes do not require shoes). If you are taking a cycling class, our bikes accept shoes with SPD clips. *Bring a water bottle & a towel–everything else is provided! If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, be sure to bring a required physician release before your first class so you can participate. *PSF classes are challenging because they work! Be prepared for a fast-paced sweat session! *Childcare when available is additional cost

How to get there

All Power Sculpt Fitness studio classes are held at 3119 N. Lincoln Ave. in Chicago 60657. If you are attending an indoor cycling class, please enter at our Power Cycle entrance located at 3120 N. Greenview. Metered and side street parking is typically available and our studio is accessible via several CTA options.

Upbeat class and energizing instructor; however, the class is very fast pace.

Definitely agree with the other Classpass member. You have to learn the choreography to get the full benefits of the class. It was my first time, I was always a step behind, and you definitely struggle to hear Pam as shes telling you the next change. But, I will say that this is an amazing workout! My bis and tris died during arms. My glutes definitely burned during legs. And cardio involves running outdoors, just a heads up. Cant wait to go back!

This was my first class with Pam and I will definitely go out of my way to schedule classes with her in the future. She is so upbeat, motivational, and encouraging - I prefer her teaching style over some other instructors. The music was too loud and it was hard to hear instructions, but thats more of an issue with the studio and its acoustics - its always like that.

Mixed feelings. Definitely burns calories but its clear everyone attends the class regularly, as there is very fast paced choreography that is hard to follow. No one introduced themselves or asked about injuries etc.. Probably wouldnt recommend, there are better places nearby that are more welcoming.
