Barre Express with Heather
The studio crams in people like sardines. There’s barely any room and you hit the person next to you. The instructor, Heather, was borderline abusive - yelling and screaming at people to work harder and why were they here if they didn’t come to push themselves. Well, I ended up pushing myself too hard and pulled a muscle really badly and had to leave early. I don’t really enjoy paying to get yelled. Pushing people and not letting people listen to their bodies is what causes injuries. I won’t be going again.

Awesome workout, Heather is amazing. However, this class is really fast paced (which is awesome that it’s 30 min) so be prepared to jump right in.
Barre Express with Alex
Great fast paced barre class with Alex!

it was an incredible workout. but no time to really warm up. the instructor just got right into it. I had trouble following along but it was a great workout. I was super sweaty
Barre Express with Laura
It's an efficient workout and I was very sore; I go for more fun/chill instructors, though and this was more of the bootcamp variety. There wasn't much instruction either-- I was mostly watching the other participants in class.
Barre Express with Heather
Great class. Music is always a bit too loud and intense for early morning classes. Otherwise, love the quick 30 min workouts and full body exercise.
Barre Express with Heather
It was a good workout - they squeeze a lot into 30 mins. As a novice however, there were no options given - I know enough to do my own options but can be tough and quick paced for newbies
Barre Express with Heather
They fit a lot in within the 30 minute window but class felt agressive... instructor told you to give your neighbor a dirty look if they stopped moving during the workout, which isn't an atmosphere I enjoy working out in.
Barre Express with Heather
Very high energy
Barre Express with Brittany
This was the worst barre class Ive ever taken. Extremely disorganized, overcrowded and horribly conducted. The music was so loud you couldnt hear anything the instructor was saying. She thought she was an MC the whole time which made it even more difficult to follow any directions. There was less than 3 inches between each person and we had to stagger ourselves just to not hit anyone next to us. Our back were to the instructor the whole time so you had to crane your neck to see what was next. And, even though this is advertised as a barre class it involves jump squats and high knees which are not low impact whatsoever. Also, the class schedule is so packed theres a mad dash to set up the next class and the equipment is still covered in sweat from the people in the class beforehand. It was a terrible experience all around and I would not recommend any class at this studio.
