OFF THE BIKE strength class at Power Ryde
About this class
This is a 45-minute strength class off the bike. You will be using mini bands, resistance bands, light weights, body weight and more to strengthen your upper body, lower body and core. All movements will be timed, so you can go at your own pace. Some plyometrics will be thrown in to spike the heart rate, so wear gym shoes and come ready to work, sweat and have fun.

How to prepare
Please wear whatever workout clothes you normally exercise in. Leggings or tight-fitting bottoms are preferred to loose shorts. Gym shoes or indoor cycling shoes can be worn. Bring water. Towels provided. Also, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class so we can get you properly set-up on the bike!

They are right off of the I-275 Wards Corner exit; just minutes from Loveland, Milford, Indian Hill, Terrace Park, Montgomery, Mason, and more!
