About this class

Combining circuit based strength training with high intensity rowing intervals, Stroke Strong will stress anaerobic and aerobic energy systems throughout your workout. Classes begin with a progressive warm up focusing on sport-specific movements and familiarization with the erg (rowing machine). You will then be guided through 3 separate strength training circuits including specific lower body, upper body and core exercises, intertwined with high intensity rowing intervals. Free weights, medicine balls and suspension training will all be employed for an engaging and challenging workout!  Suitable for all.

How to get there

Power Rowing is located in Brookline Village at 62 Harvard Street. You an go through the glass door to the second floor OR take the alley to the left of the entrance and come up the stair to the glass door in the back.
