How it works

About this class

This workout is designed to increase cardiovascular development and strengthen the muscles of the lower body. The workout will begin with an extended warmup on and off the erg followed by full-pressure sets on the erg. Sets on the erg will be broken up with weighted exercises that focus primarily on strengthening the lower body while also working the arms and abs for a full body workout. (45 minutes) This workout is suitable for all levels.

How to get there

Power Rowing is located in Brookline Village at 62 Harvard Street. You an go through the glass door to the second floor OR take the alley to the left of the entrance and come up the stair to the glass door in the back.

I had such a great class! Bryan the owner is so welcoming and Amanda was amazing! I ended up being the only one in the class and Amanda took the time to make sure I was in the right form. It was such a fun time! I loved it.
