How it works

About this class

Full Body Lift is a comprehensive workout that focuses on developing your cardiovascular fitness as well as toning your shoulders, quads, and glutes. In this workout, you will be taken through an escalating warmup that involves body movements as well as rowing. The lifts will focus on the upper back, pecs, shoulder muscles, and full leg strength. After warmup and lifting is complete, we will complete three 3-Minute pieces at maximum effort on the ergometer. This class is a great option for those looking to add more strength training to their normal Power Rowing workout.

Row 1.4: Full Body Lift with Jack
Jack is super friendly and gives good instructions and corrections. This class pushes you hard!!
Row 1.4: Full Body Lift with Jack
My first time at this studio and it was great! Jack was motivating and class was hard but not impossible. Mix of sprints on the rowing machine and weights/floor exercises. Lower attendance this week due to an event later, but sounds like Sat AM class attendance is often ~15 people, which is a good size.

Row 1.4: Full Body Lift with Jack
Good workout but instructor was not my favorite. Didn’t correct form and had very low energy. If you come, take a class with Bryan, the owner. He’s great!
Row 1.4: Full Body Lift with Bryan
This was actually just an abs and rowing class. A good beginner class, just not as advertised.
Response from the studio:
I am so sorry for the mis-advertising. My instructor had to cancel for personal reasons and when you change it over in Mindbody it doesn't show up except on the website. Mindbody has a glitch that they refuse to fix.

Row 1.4: Full Body Lift with Bryan
Great class! Bryan pays very good attention to everyone's form - something you don't always see in classes. The class also was quite challenging. Highly recommend!
