About this class
Let's try incorporating cardio into the Pilates workout! This workout is best for intermediate/advanced students. Expect to get your heart rate up as you do intervals of exercises on the jumpboard/cardio tramp or Bosu or Floor interrupted by arms, core & leg exercises. Class is designed to work the core, burn fat and develop muscle.

Please wear grip socks to class! Bring a bottle of water and a towel!
How to get there
Power Pilates is located in Old Town Tustin, across from Armstrong Garden in the Jamestown Shopping Center next to Honda Ya. Plenty of parking available.
