Do you want to raise your personal standard and inspire others to raise theirs? 40 Days to Personal Revolution is more than just a "CHALLENGE" this is an opportunity to take a look at your whole life, and create a new path forward by combining a daily yoga practice, meditation, diet, group discussions, and personal reflection to cultivate a solid foundation from which YOU can live and grow. Regardless of your level of experience, this program will reveal mental clarity, lightness of body, and an illumination of spirit. The 40 Days Program is your personal journey to whole life health based on the book 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste. WEEKLY GROUP MEETINGS:Every Sunday from 7:30-8:30pm. To gain the most from the program, we highly encourage you to attend these meetings. Meeting dates are as follows: Jan 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, Feb 3rd, 10th YOGA PRACTICE: Practice yoga 5 times a week at the studio, 1 day at home and take 1 day of rest each week. Come to any regularly scheduled class that fits your schedule. MEDITATION: We will teach you about meditation and week 1 will start with 5 minutes of meditation and increase as the program progresses. DIET/NUTRITION: Each of the six weeks will focus on a weekly dietary awareness theme centered around discovery and trial and error. Each week will offer up a new dietary challenge and the group and leaders will support you on your journey. The focus of the diet is not on losing weight, though it may happen, but instead around eating the way nature intended, eating for your body and eating with the seasons, and cultivating new habits. The fourth week's dietary awareness practice includes a three day fruit feast bringing even more mindfulness to your eating habits. READING/JOURNALING: This program is based on the book 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste. You will receive a book and a manual at the first meeting. Each week there are a series of excavation questions that will challenge you to dig into some areas of your life you most likely don't look at... ever. The key here is to help you get unstuck and move forward into new possibilities - ones that you don't even know exist yet! WEEKLY EMAILS: You will receive weekly inspirational emails to keep you on task and focused on your individual goals. WEEKLY CHALLENGES: Each week you will receive a new challenge to take you out of the comfort zone of you habits and an opportunity to step into a new path of awesomeness for yourself. MEMBER INVESTMENT: $75, Return-ies $60 (have done program before, do not need book) **does NOT include yoga NON MEMBER INVESTMENT: $200 **includes unlimited yoga class for 40 days Commit to doing the 40 Days program + Baptiste 101: $110 To get the most out of this program, we recommend you commit to a regular yoga practice with us. How to prepare
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your practice space. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Wear non-restrictive clothing and plan to be barefoot. Be prepared to sweat. We practice in a heated room (90 degrees). Ask questions - the teacher is there for you!

Power of Your Om Yoga Studio is located at 1221 State St. #201, Santa Barbara, CA 93101. Located on the second floor in Victoria Court, North of Anapamu St. and South of Victoria St. above Arrigato Sushi. Public Parking lot on the corner of Victoria and Chapala. Free for the first 75 minutes. $1.50 each additional hour.
