How it works

About this class

Fascia is a connective tissue that is interwoven throughout the entire body. When muscles and fascia become tight we can lose range of motion, experiencing tension and discomfort in the body. Roll & Release uses massage balls and other yoga props to release this tightness that occurs in response to poor posture and over-use. Leave with optimised body function and feeling deeply massaged and restored!
