About this class
Move to meditate. You'll begin with a Vinyasa segment intended to free up the physical body and still the mind. You'll then flow into a guided 15-minute group meditation to help you arrive in your still place.

How to prepare
Please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle. Mats and towels are available to rent at the studio for $1 and $2.50, respectively. Water is also available for purchase at the studio. Power Living asks students to wear activewear that allows them to move in a dynamic way.
How to get there
There are multiple car parks near the studio that offer free parking for the first two hours. Otherwise, there is paid beach parking.
