Vinyasa – Non-heated L1 at Power Living
About this class
Establish the foundations and learn the pillars of a safe, lifelong practice. This class covers the pillars of the P.L.A.Y. Vinyasa practice. We slow things down just enough to break down the basics of alignment, including modifications to ensure safety on the mat. We’ll also introduce some of the philosophical and traditional teachings that are the core of the P.L.A.Y. practice. Here we help to facilitate your first steps on the path of self awareness.
