Core yoga This class is design to strengthen the core muscles and improve the internal support and stability of the body. Abdominal postures ,balancing postures and stretching postures will be included in the class. The class will be fun and is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners .

Please bring your own hand wraps, wraps are also available for purchase at the studio. Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in.
