About this class
Muay Thai is a Thai combat sport also known as the art of eight limbs because it relies on combining the use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet. In terms of sport, it is a great choice because it requires a well-rounded physical regimen, honing a fighter's sense of efficiency. This class is for advanced students and is not recommended for beginners. All students are required to bring their own equipment and everyone must wear shinguards.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable activewear, bring gloves and wraps if you have them. Wraps and gloves are also available for purchase. If you're new to Pound 4 Pound Fitness, please arrive 15 minutes early before class.
